it is fine to send the POA to the client after the application is filed so the serial number can be included on the POA, then file the POA when we get it back

Just to follow-up from our discussion, yes, it is fine to send the POA to the client after the application is filed so the serial number can be included on the POA, then file the POA when we get it back. There are no additional official fees for doing it this way.

Good morning!
This application is assigned to KNPC with Sabah handling the matter for them. We have had several discussions about signing the Power of Attorney. At the moment, the officials at KNPC have asked for the application number to be added to the form.
We have received the signed declaration from the inventor. My understanding is that we can file the application, add the application number to the POA and then send that with the electronic filing receipt showing that the application numbers belongs to their application. Once they sign it, we can file it.
Am I correct? Is there any additional fee required to do this?
