Although I did not agree to terminate my affiliation with or wane in my endorsement of and support for NGM over the last three years
Josh,
I would like for us to have a clear understanding regarding the accounting, reports and payments, and the handling of termination issues per our contract before making decisions as to my next business endeavors.
Although I did not agree to terminate my affiliation with or wane in my endorsement of and support for NGM over the last three years, NGM vehemently argued in the arbitration the combination ended three years ago and the Judge agreed with NGM“s position that it was like I was dead as of June 15, 2020, terminating the combination agreement.
There should not be an issue about NGM continuing to represent my Originated Clients as the firm has done since 2017, taking full responsibility. No death notice yet, but we need to ensure there is no likelihood of confusion resulting from NGM’s use of my name and affiliation with NGM post-termination. We need to reach an agreement about notifying clients.
I will await the requested documents (first priority: the list of paid invoices considered in the payment made Friday for June) while deliberating about my next business adventures and a draft joint notification to clients.
Thanks.
Rich
PS. Frankly, the firm in 2023 is not getting work as hoped from many clients so notice may stimulate client activity.

One month post-arbitration, Litman confirms he never agreed to disassociation AND demands they resolve 'confusion resulting from NGM's use of my name.'
