1. Executive Summary

The "2020 image archive" is a 13,950-file export from Richard Litman's iPhone. The folder name is misleading: contents span 2020 through January 2026. Roughly half the files are exact MD5 duplicates (2020_ - N / 202X_ - M parallel naming). After deduplication the archive contains approximately 4,833 unique still images plus 4,398 MOV files (overwhelmingly iPhone Live Photo companions).

Bottom line: The archive yielded a large tranche of contemporaneous emails, website captures, USPTO notices, client goodwill statements, and financial admissions that materially strengthen Points I, II, and III of the MSJ, the BOP damages showing, the spoliation memo, and Goldberg deposition prep. One photograph of the Nunc Pro Tunc Assignment (Reel 007281/Frame 0821) is independently corroborated. One PNG contains credentials that must be rotated.

  1. Long MOV audio review (~20 unique unpaired clips). 15–20 minutes of manual playback. Longest clip is 139.4s (2020_ - 4236.MOV / 202X_ - 3983.MOV). Frame-OCR returned zero text hits across all 73 unpaired MOVs, but audio could not be evaluated. Any voicemail from Goldberg, Kline, Durri, Schweiss, or a client becomes a top-tier exhibit.   2. 626 UNCLEAR HEICs (visual review). HEIC sweep flagged 626 images where partial OCR recovered keyword hits but content/quality was ambiguous. All staged in evidence/document_photos_2026-04-07/ with MANIFEST.csv ranked by score. Top 50 by score deserve human eyeball review first.
  3. Nunc Pro Tunc Assignment HEIC re-OCR at higher resolution. File 202X_ - 3822.HEIC / md5 172cb8bd80c4cf41a43ed23f74994675. Tesseract OCR was poor due to camera angle. Recommend human transcription plus higher-DPI re-OCR.
