The "daily sheets" pattern is real but distributed. In this corpus, Martha's emails to KFU tend to concentrate on a single docket per email (typical pattern: "Patent Application Filed for KFU — Docket 33115.53U"). The daily saturation comes from volume of single-docket emails — on peak days, 20–30 separate Martha emails land at KFU, each one identifying a different docket, for cumulative exposure of 20–50+ docket references per day.
The few emails with 10+ dockets in a single message are likely status / summary reports. These are the clearest "daily sheet" exemplars and should be pulled as individual Bates-cited exhibits.
Every docket reference carries Mr. Litman's name attribution via the firm signature block, attached USPTO PDFs, and the billing/origination system from which the docket number itself derives.
