A pre-merger Litman Law Offices (LLO) client returned to NGM in June 2025 — drawn by Litman's name — and NGM opened new business under "RCL origination credit" at the exact moment Goldberg was preparing to eliminate Litman's email access and suppress financial reporting. The complete thread is now in our corpus. This is the seventh named goodwill client and the single most temporally devastating origination-credit exhibit in the case.

Stevan Jovancevic joins Bennington (July 3, 2025 — Finding #24), Albannai (Aug 17, 2025 — Finding #25), Dvorkin (Sept 18, 2025 — Finding #32), Dakota Ag/Odland (Oct 8-9, 2024 — Finding #56), Dr. Al-Refaei (Nov 12, 2024 — Finding #65), and Stolyarova (Aug 4, 2025 — Finding #83) as a client drawn to NGM by Litman's name and reputation. The original engagement (Kathryn Jovancevic, 2016-2017) was with Litman Law Offices. The return engagement (Stevan Jovancevic, 2025) was to NGM — still trading on Litman's name ("RCL origination credit").
This is not retrospective Soluno coding. Martha Long's email is real-time matter-opening instruction with explicit "RCL origination credit" — the paralegal's contemporaneous judgment call on who originated the business. When compared to Finding #61 (98% of all 6,643 matters list Litman as referral source), this is the day-to-day mechanism by which the 98% figure was generated.
The NGM_Litman_Workup shows $0 revenue for docket 32772 after 6/15/2020. This client was dormant for ~5 years. Then the client returned — unprompted — because of the Litman name and reputation. A dormant-to-reactivated LLO client destroys any argument that Litman's name has no ongoing commercial value.
Martha Long cc'd clientservice@4patent.com on both the 6/10/25 and 6/23/25 emails to Steve Jovancevic. This is the @4patent.com domain (Litman's domain, DKIM-authenticated through NGM's M365 tenant — Finding #43) being used for client-facing intake communications on a Litman-originated matter. Each use is a separate § 51 publication per the deck-of-cards theory.
The native .eml contains the signed engagement letter (JOVANCEVIC - Engagement Letter signed.pdf), the client check (Check No. 131.pdf), and three technical specifications (WINNF-TS-0112, NTIA ESC SAS TM-18-527, IP/FCC Part 96 cross-reference table) — all confirming the subject matter continuity with the original LLO patent 9,699,663. No authentication challenge possible: the .eml is NGM's own internal production.
Martha wrote "Docket 32770.00" in the 6/24/25 email body. This is a single-digit transposition error.
