1. NEW CLIENT IDENTIFIED -- Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), Oman: Two wire transfers totaling $28,292 received April 9, 2025 -- POST-LITIGATION. Howard Kline forwarded both to accounting. Contact is Moza Al-salmi (salmim@squ.edu.om). SQU has a dedicated @4patent.com alias (squ@4patent.com, per Finding #46). This is the first concrete SQU financial transaction in the evidence corpus.

2. Post-Arbitration KFU/UAEU Activity Concentrated July 2023: All four patent docket PDFs date to July 2023 -- one month after the June 14, 2023 arbitration decision. NGM was immediately filing new patent applications and divisionals on KFU and UAEU matters, using kfu@4patent.com and uaeu@4patent.com aliases, generating thousands in fees from Litman-originated clients.

3. Goldberg Directing KFU Work from Brooklyn (July 18, 2023): In 33120.93U.pdf, Goldberg directed an application request form for $9,500 + $500 drawings, signing as "Co-Managing Partner" from Brooklyn, NY. This is 34 days after the arbitration decision.

4. Valencia Gray = Key Accounting Witness: Gray appears in 3 of these files processing wire receipts ($18,705 in Nov 2021, $27,869 in Jul 2023, and the KISR docket 32366.85 allocation). Both Meyer and Goldberg are consistently CC'd on these wire notifications.

5. electroCore Patent = Unexplained: The vagal nerve stimulation patent (US 2022/0062622 A1) has no apparent connection to NGM or Litman's clients. May be personal medical reference material for uncle.
