Litman's licensed personal email address on the 4patent.com domain (acquired by NGM in the May 2017 Amendment) and administered through NGM's M365 tenant (Finding #43).
This proves Litman was the designated account contact for Freedom Bank.
King Saud University wires total $1,786,302.46 -- representing 81.3% of all Freedom Bank incoming wire volume. The $129,680.00 wire on 5/7/2024 matches exactly the amount Goldberg promised Litman on 3/6/2023 in the Exhibit J KSU $1.4M wire context (Finding #102).
The drop-off after 2021 does NOT mean the account was dormant -- the June 2025 Trust Register still showed $24,495.15. It means wires were likely being routed through different accounts (BoA 8751 or Eagle Bank) while Freedom Bank retained a residual balance.
