Big findings today. I ran a deep analysis on three things simultaneously: the full 534-page Trust Ledger that Grace generated on 6/26, the USPTO notification emails in the 276K email archive, and the client communication emails cross-referenced against our POA evidence. Everything connects. Here's what we now have.
The entire 534-page Trust Ledger is filtered for "Introducing Lawyer: RL -- Richard Litman." Every single docket -- all 2,214 of them -- is yours. Not one docket in this report lists anyone else as the originating attorney. This is the firm's own accounting system confirming that you originated 100% of the work reflected in this ledger.
Total receipts: $32,708,669.08 Total disbursements: $31,487,829.35 Trust balance still held: $1,220,839.73
75% of all receipts -- $24,509,250.24 -- came in AFTER June 15, 2020. That's $24.5 million flowing through trust accounts under your name while Goldberg was signing POAs and running the practice.
Client breakdown:
The 20 largest post-SOL transactions are almost all KFU -- individual wire transfers of $499K to $936K. The single largest transaction in the entire ledger is $1,437,518 from King Saud University on 12/23/2022.
The trust ledger contains 95 entries where Goldberg personally directed financial transactions. The bookkeeping system identifies him by initials and records his authorization method:
These span from 2019 through May 2025. He was directing where your client money went the entire time. The firm's own accounting system proves it -- these aren't our characterizations, these are the bookkeeper's contemporaneous notations.
I searched the full 276K email archive for automated USPTO patent notification emails. Found 2,697 of them:
Every single one is addressed to "Richard C. Litman, Nath, Goldberg & Meyer, 112 S. West Street, Alexandria, VA 22314" and references Customer Number 37833.
Here's the key part -- the recipient list changed over time, and the changes tell a story:
From September 2021 forward, Goldberg personally received at least 1,598 of these emails. Each one told him that new patent correspondence had been issued under your name. He cannot claim he didn't know.
The September 1, 2021 switchover is important -- someone actively changed the Customer Number 37833 email settings to add Goldberg and remove Harkins. That's an affirmative act, not passive inaction.
One more thing: the most recent emails (June 24-25, 2025) show the body text finally changed to just "Nath, Goldberg & Meyer" without your name. But litman@4patent.com is STILL in the To field. Even after supposedly removing you, they didn't fully clean up.
Remember that USPTO filing receipt I showed you earlier -- the PAIR notification with docket numbers 33060.65U and 33090.25U? Those same docket prefixes appear in the trust ledger:
This means we can trace any specific patent from Goldberg's POA signature, through the USPTO filing receipt (which has the docket number), to the trust ledger entry showing payment received, to the transfer to the firm's operating account. Closed loop.
The email cross-reference found Martha Long actively managing POA filings through at least February 2025. Examples:
The email from Goldberg on June 19, 2023 is critical -- it shows he wasn't just signing POAs himself, he was directing the entire POA workflow. He controlled the process from top to bottom.
In the Goldberg-client email dataset, I found:
Under your theory that each client-facing email with an attachment bearing your name is a separate section 51 use, these are additional acts beyond the 905 patents and 2,697 USPTO notifications.
BOTTOM LINE
We can now prove the complete chain with the firm's own records:
Goldberg signs POA (16 signatures, Reg. 44126) --> USPTO sends notification to Goldberg + Litman (2,697 emails) --> Patent prosecuted under your name (905 patents) --> Client pays into trust (2,214 dockets, $32.7M) --> Goldberg directs disbursements (95 JBG entries) --> Money to NGM operating account
Every link is documented. The docket numbers on the filing receipts match the trust ledger. Goldberg received the notification emails. He directed the money. He signed the POAs. And the firm's own accounting system says you originated all of it.
