Action needed: Search for earlier KNPC patents (pre-2024) where Litman appears on Line 74, to establish the before/after comparison for KNPC.
Key legal inference: If Goldberg's name appears on Line 74 of a patent, he had control over whose name was designated as attorney. That same control would have applied when Litman's name was used — supporting the argument that Goldberg directed or permitted that use.
