## What to ask counsel

Please confirm with your attorney:

## Why it matters

The arbitration date is used throughout the defense package to establish **post-arbitration timing**:

- **KFU assignment examples** (18/392,663 signed 12/21/2023; 18/383,448 signed 10/29/2023) are cited as "post-arbitration" — showing knowing/controlled use of Litman's name *after* the decision
- **JUDGE_DECISION_NOTES_2025-12-05** references "Post-6/14/23 knowing use" as an evidentiary theme
- If the date is wrong, exhibits and chronology need to be updated
