Why the July 2025 Report Matters

Generated August 11, 2025. Withheld 240 days. Finally produced April 7, 2026.

The recovered July 2025 Payment Allocation Report is the anchor of the entire concealment theory. It proves the monthly cadence continued after the July 18, 2025 email elimination — the billing system ran, MaryJane Harper generated the report on schedule, and the PDF sat in Goldberg’s possession for nearly eight months before production. Every subsequent monthly report (August 2025 through March 2026) presumptively exists on the same servers, generated by the same software, by the same staff, on the same monthly schedule. This is active concealment, not spoliation — no inference required.
